Key investor in Iłowa
The CTP Invest Group, one of the largest developers in Europe purchased over 20 hectares, on which it will realize its investment. Over 30 hectares remain to be sold: locations with good communication and equipped with rich technical infrastructure.

Logistics centre
Hermes Fulfilment has located its first logistics centre in Poland in the Economic Activity Zone in the municipality of Iłowa. In less than two years, a 150,000 m2 facility has been built, which is one of the largest hubs of the Hermes group in Europe. Ultimately, it will employ around 3,000 people. The value of the investment is EUR 300 million. Hermes Fulfilment is working in cooperation with Panattoni, the main developer and project manager. Hermes Fulfilment is a company belonging to the Otto Group, a German family-owned company specialising in e-commerce.
